When will the Delivery happen?
At Jungleewood, we sell only those products which we have in stock.
Once we get your payments and order confirmation, we process your order within 48hrs for shipping. All our products are delivered by reputed couriers using surface transport.
Depending on the delivery address if in our serviceable cites like Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, kolkata, Coimbatore, Cochin, Mangalore, Goa, Vizag, Nagpur, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Lucknow, Kanpur, Patna, Chandigarh and product selected, then product should reach you within 10 – 15 days of order confirmation.
But it the delivery address is outside our serviceable cities then delivery to those cities will take 3 to 4 weeks. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Can you deliver the products to my city?
For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally. Currently our services are available in 11 cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, kolkata, Coimbatore, Cochin, Mangalore, Goa, Vizag, Nagpur, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Lucknow, Kanpur, Patna & Chandigarh.
However if we have orders more than 40k depending upon the logistics we can service in all the major cities too. We are coming to few other cities very soon and will keep you posted!
How much do I have to pay for delivery?
We provide free delivery pan-India (for furniture and lighting delivery rates please see the below table). However for orders below Rs. 500, shipping charges of Rs. 100/- are applicable.
For furniture and lighting products we charge shipping on each product purchased according to the following table.

For Products less than Rs. 2,500 Rs 100
For Products between Rs. 2,500/- and Rs. 10,000/- Rs. 250/-
For Products greater than Rs. 10,000/- Free
The shipping cost is based on the selling price at Jungleewood.com and will not change on application of discount coupons.
Can I open the COD parcel before making the payment?
We apologies, but we do not have an open delivery system at Jungleewood.com. In case you have any issues with the product, please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team on +91 92 0507 38 17 (10 AM – 7 PM).
How can I track my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order that appears on the site of our homepage. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.
Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?
We apologize but we do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and take the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our customer care on +91 92 0507 3817 (10 AM – 7 PM) or drop us an email at care@jungleewood.com .
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).
Can I have my stuff delivered on a particular day?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Jungleewood.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.
What if I am not home when my package arrives? (Sorry we missed you)
Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address/door notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.
Does Jungleewood.com deliver products outside India?
Yes we can deliver your products outside India.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. An email and sms is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, jungleewood.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.
